BACKGROUND
The purpose of the MOU is to document the responsibilities of the signees with regards to the installation and operation of a tower mounted antenna, equipment building and approximately 20' X 40' security enclosure protecting the generator fuel tank, equipment shelter and antenna tower at Havana Vat Tower Site.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
