Presentation of the negotiated agreement for the provision of Project/Program Management Services in connection with the design and construction of a New Hidalgo County Courthouse  between Hidalgo County and JACOBS Project Management Co. including any specific details, exceptions, modifications, additions and/or deletions request by CC and subject to final legal review.
 

BACKGROUND

Project/Program Management Services:
1.  On 05-02-17 HCCC took action to cease negotiations with the number one [1] ranked Group/Firm of  Dannenbaum and the number two [2] ranked firm of Jacobs was selected to commence negotiations ;
2.  Negotiations held on 05-08-17 & 06-01-17 respectively at posted Workshops;

Architectural Services:
1.  Two [2] firms nominated on 03-07-16 from HC approved/qualified pool of Architects;
2.  Firms made presentations based on a Questionnaire provided by Hidalgo County on 03-31-16;
3.  No scoring has been completed.
