On October 13, 2016, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., for Professional Service-Construction Material Testing Services. See attached Contract, Exhibits, Certificate of Liability Insurance and Work Authorization No. 1.
