BACKGROUND
Raba Kistner has submitted a best and final offer for the required construction material testing services for the Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral Project which consists of geotechnical and construction material testing services. Raba Kistner was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on 06/27/2017. See attached contract, letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
