Requesting approval of the 2018 Sheriff/Constable Fee Schedule for the County of Hidalgo, pursuant to Local Government Code 118.131. The fees will be effective January 01, 2018 and will be assessed and collected for service or one (1) attempt of service. As per Local Government Code 118.131, fees are to be approved/adopted by Commissioner's Court before October 01, 2017.
