Discussion and approval of the Rural Emergency Service Interlocal Agreement with the City of Penitas.

BACKGROUND

Purpose of the agreement is to permit the City of Penitas the ability to respond to Fire calls within County boundaries as delineated on exhibit "B" of the Contract. 

Form was submitted & approved by District Attorneys Office.

No fiscal impact, the Agreement is to grant permission to the City of Penitas to respond to designated areas within Hidalgo County. City will be considered for reimbursable fire calls after its probationary period or contract has ended.
