BACKGROUND

Notation: Vendor email is attached regarding all amendments that have occurred to agreement. Requisition#345066 will cover a period of 12 months for the year 2017.
AI#61873 Requisition# 345066 dba Xerox Government Systems, LLC" previous name change under AI-49775 approved on 06/09/2015.
The continuation of the Sole Source for purchases of all future upgrades, software, maintenance, equipment and any applicable related services with said declaration to remain and continue in effect unless revoked by the Hidalgo County Commissioners Court for the District Clerk's current Jury system.
