Requesting authorization for Hidalgo County Judge to sign the IDIS OnLine Access Request with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on new forms and renewals on Urban County Director. 

As a nationwide database, the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) provides HUD with current information regarding the program activities underway across the Nation, including funding data. HUD uses this information to report to Congress and to monitor grantees. IDIS is the draw down and reporting system for the five CPD formula grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Housing Trust Fund (HTF), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA); and for the CPD competitive grant program HOPWA Competitive. Grantees also use IDIS for Consolidated Planning.
 
The IDIS On Line Access Request for Diana R. Serna lapsed after 90 days and now requires a new application in which the organization’s Chief Executive Officer (County Judge) must sign to authorize Urban County Director to Set Up Activities, Request Drawdown, Approve Drawdown,  Submit Reports, and serve as the Local Administrator for Urban County Program.
