BACKGROUND
The County contracted Eligibility Tracking Calculators (ETC) to track employees medical coverage eligibility and generate employees' 1095-C forms and employer's 1094-C forms. Based on latest analysis made by ETC from data provided by the County, these employees have met the ACA requirements eligibility. Section 4980H(c)(4) states that a full-time employee with respect to any month is an employee who is employed on average at least 30 hours of service per week.
