Project consists of funding for the paving (overlay) of streets to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity, professional engineering services, geotechnical and material testing fees and all related appurtenances.   Location:  1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th Streets (From Alex Avenue to Leo Avenue), Garza Street (from Expressway 83 to 8^th Street), and King Street (from Expressway 83 to 6^th Street), La Joya, TX 78560.
