Requesting authority to exercise the Sixty (60) Day grace period extension as provided in the current agreement for "Sand and Bedding Material" (C# C-HCDD1-16-021-05-25), under the same rates, terms and conditions with Upper Valley Materials, LLC. effective 05/24/18 and expires 07/23/18 or upon completion of the procurement process, whichever comes first and is most advantageous to HCDD1, subject to compliance with HB1295 [when and/or if applicable].
