1. Public Hearing regarding the FY 2018-2019 Hidalgo County Urban County Program’s One Year Action Plan for Program Year (31), and the Five (5) Year Consolidated Plan (2018-2022).

2. Request for approval and submission of the FY 2018-2019 Hidalgo County Program’s One Year Action Plan for Program Year 31, and the Five (5) Year Consolidated Plan (2018-2022).

3. Authorization for County Judge Ramon Garcia to sign any and all documents related to funding.

The Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 is based on a budget of $10,551,537.00.  The allocation is as follows:

A draft copy of the 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan and the Five (5) Year Consolidated Plan were made available for public review at the Urban County Program office, all city and precinct offices and county website for a thirty (30) day comment period beginning on May 15, 2018 and ending on June 13, 2018.  All comments received will be noted in the final 2018 Annual Action Plan and the Five (5) Year Consolidated Plan (2018-2022) submitted to HUD.
