Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Texas Cordia Construction, LLC the lowest responsible bidder  in the amount of $579,700.92 using UCP Fiscal Years 25, 26 & 29 (2012, 2013 & 2016) Palmview Street Improvements, UCP funds.

The bid opening was held on July 25, 2018 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Texas Cordia Construction, LLC.  Project consists of Street Improvements for La Homa Road.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance.  Project engineer firm is SAMES, Inc.
