a. Acceptance and approval of Work Authorization No. 3 (with an estimated cost of $51,852.15) as submitted by, L&G Consulting Engineers, Inc., to provide engineering services required for the preparation of the traffic signal timing modification, design, project management, and coordination for the Hidalgo County Courthouse Square Traffic Signal Adjustment Project, through Contract #C-15-255A-09-01;

b. Pursuant to contract with L&G Consulting Engineers, Inc.(Article 14), a request for approval by engineer, to permit the subcontracting of Ergonomic Transportation Solutions, Inc., in connection with C-15-255A-09-01, Work Authorization No. 3 for the Hidalgo County Courthouse Square Traffic Signal Adjustment Project.
