Requesting approval of a budget & program amendment for the City of Mercedes, Fiscal Year 30 (2017) work plans.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at the Mercedes City Hall and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Mercedes approved the budget and program amendment as proposed for Fiscal Year 30, (2017). The amendment will delete the Senior Services – Senior Community Outreach Program by $7,500.00, add $2,000.00 to the Other Public Services (Library) and $5,500.00 to Fire Station/Equipment. See attached copy of Public Hearing Notice, sign in sheet, City Excerpts of Meeting Minutes and email request for approval from the City of Mercedes.
