Consideration and approval to apply/set up an account for all Hidalgo County Precincts with State Fuel Card Program Contractor - US Bank, to be utilized during a disaster, emergency situation and in the event the Hidalgo County Precincts fuel tanks can not be reached and/or used with each Precinct to designate vehicle/driver and all cards held by Purchasing Dept. with details and other controls under BACKGROUND with release of same based on written request by elected officials on existing circumstances with supporting documentation including the return of cards to Purchasing after event with each card noted with word EMERGENCY:
1. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1- fuel cards/users 2. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2- fuel cards/users
3. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3- fuel cards/users
4. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4- fuel cards/users
BACKGROUND
All fuel cards will be kept at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department until needed and will be returned back to the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department when not needed.
