CAPTION
DA's Title IV-E (1100):
Approval of the REVISED Title IV-E Grant Budget (Contract #23941008) for October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019.
Approval of the REVISED Title IV-E Grant Budget (Contract #23941008) for October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019.
BACKGROUND
The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services erroneously provided the Eligible Population Rate (EPR) due to the fact that the incorrect reporting quarter's data was used. (See AI#66046 August 14, 2018) This REVISED Budget with the true EPR will correct this issue.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
The County matches 100% of all costs related to Title IV-E County Child Welfare Services. However, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services reimburses the county for part of the expenses when the county handles Title IV- E cases. Actual reimbursement is based on Eligible Population Rate (EPR) in effect for the county during the month in which expenses are incurred. The reimbursement is then receipted in a General Fund Revenue account (8-1100-331-12-080-001-0-000 TDPRS-TITLE IV-E CO LEGAL SRV CONTRACT)Attachments
