BACKGROUND
Purchase of equipment and agreement were previously approved through ai-11473 and ai-11681, on 10/07/2008 and 10/21/2008, respectively with Western Data Services. Approval for membership through the life term of the equipment through ai-39425, on 08/20/2013. Since then, Western Data Services has been aquired by AllTerra Central, Inc.
Due to the acquisition, we must enter into a new agreement with the acquiring vendor and it will become effective 12/01/2018.
