2.   Presentation of the scoring grid for the purpose of ranking by Commissioner’s Court of at least three (3) professional engineering firms from the county’s approved “pool” as graded and evaluated by the City of La Villa, Urban County Program and Hidalgo County Purchasing Department, in connection with and funded through Hidalgo County Urban County Program Year 31 (2018) City of La Villa – Water/Sewer Improvement funds.
