BACKGROUND
The resident's and tenant's of Las Brisas Estates Subdivision petitioned to legally change a county public road known as Las Brisas Circle to honor Mr. Alfonso Flores, a resident of said subdivision. Mr. Flores is a decorated United States Armed Forces Veteran who served during the Vietnam War and was awarded three (3) Bronze Star Medals, one (1) Purple Heart Medal, one (1) Vietnam Service Medal, one (1) Vietnam Campaign Medal, one (1) Vietnamese Cross Of Gallantry With Palm Medal and the Combat Infantry Badge.
