Notes:
1. Project has been advertised twice with first attempt resulting in recommendation by Chief Saldana from EMC to reject any/all bid received;
2. Second attempt resulting in one bid timely submitted and one late;
3. Procurement packet [specifications, legal notices, requirements, etc.] approved as form by HC/DA-Civil Section including draft contract document;

4. New RFB project will utilize procurement packet already approved through HC/DA-Civil Section.
