The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a Budget & Program Amendment for the City of La Joya. The proposed amendment is for the Fiscal Year 31 (2018) Work Plan.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing and a Special Meeting for approval was held on May 7, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at the City of La Joya City Hall. The City of La Joya approved the budget and program amendment as proposed for funding Year 31 (2018). The proposed amendment will delete the Parking Facility and include the 2017 Street Improvements Projects, already environmentally cleared. . Citizen participation requirements have been met, see attached copy of Public Hearing Notice, Sign In Sheet, City Excerpt Minutes of the May 7, 2019 Special Meeting.
