1. Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase Neighborly Software, a hosted software solution, from Benevate Inc. obtained through solicited quotes and demonstration of software functionality in the amount of $8,600.00.

2. Authorization to renew annual subscription for three (3) licenses on a yearly basis in the amount of $6,300.00 and add/delete users as needed.

The fee includes one-time implementation fee and 1-yr license subscription for 3 users, technical support, hosting, upgrades and data storage.  The Software will streamline manual work processes currently performed in the Housing Rehab Program; such as taking online applicant’s application, tracking of the waiting list, mobile inspections and monitoring of programs compliance.  

The Urban County Program solicited software quotes and demonstrations from various vendors. Each software
was evaluated based on analyzing the needs of the rehab program, functionality, features, customization &
price. Neighborly Software is the only provider in the market that incorporates all the functionalities required to
administer the rehab program in one-single application.
