BACKGROUND
Transportation Code Sec. 520.0071. DEPUTIES states a county assessor-collector, with the approval of the commissioners court of the county, may deputize an individual or business entity to perform titling and registration services in accordance with rules prescribed and adopted in the Texas Administrative Code Title 43 Part 10 Chapter 217 Subchapter H. Dealer agrees to comply with the WebDealer requirements of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and will furnish and maintain any necessary equipment.
