Hidalgo County's Group Health Plan Consultant on the procurement packet drafted in collaboration with Benefits Dept. and DBM including but limited to discussing any additional input [ through Q & A] by CC on  any changes, inclusion/exclusions, deletions, modifications to the RFP components [benefits plan specifics, agents or no agents, prescription benefits plan, etc.] for the purpose of finalizing and action approving  the Request for Proposal procurement packet content [after approval as to legal form] and authority to advertise the project and releasing the packet after first publication to interested parties.
