BACKGROUND
In addition, each LPPF must transfer funds from a unique banking account and transfers from an LPPF must be directed through a TexNet account separate from a non-LPPF account. Once such documents are submitted and a new account is created, HHSC will assign an affiliation number for the LPPF-related transfers.
