1. Approval to accept the Hidalgo County Domestic Violence Specialty Prosecutor Grant, from the Office of the Governor (OOG), in the amount of $79,294.96, effective 09/01/2019 thru 08/31/2020.
2. Approval of certification of revenues as certified by the County Auditor for FY 2019 Hidalgo County Domestic Violence Specialty Prosecutor Grant and appropriation of same.

Funding is provided by the Office of the Governor Criminal Justice Division. Cash Match is required.
