3.   Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of _________________________________ for the provision of engineering services for an Urban County Program Year 31 (2018) City of Palmview Street Improvements Project.

Project consists of the continuation of funding for the overlay of streets within Greenland Acres Subdivision and abutting/adjacent streets within the same general vicinity.  Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, geo-technical and material testing, etc.  Project area was already environmentally cleared in FY 2017.
