Requesting authority to exercise the Sixty (60) Day grace period extension as provided in the current contract E-18-237-10-23 for Hidalgo County - "Punched Drawn Biaxial Geo-grid Reinforcement Material" with Southwest Geo-Solutions, Inc. dba/Geo Solutions, Inc. under the same rates, terms and conditions so as to have no lapse in service while procurement process is completed and awarded;
2. Authority to advertise and approval of procurement packet (i.e., specifications/requirements, legal notice, draft contract, etc.)at attached hereto for Hidalgo County - "Punched Drawn Biaxial Geo-grid Reinforcement Material" RFB 2019-190 including the re-advertising of project if and when applicable.
