Nuisance Abatement:
Request authorization and approval to purchase promotional items under "Public Purpose" pursuant to Texas Constitution Article 3, Section 52(a)

To include but not limited to: pens, pencils, crayons, notebooks, school boxes, candy,activity books, plastic bottles/cups, magnets, cinch bags, badge stickers, banners, plastic bags, notebook pads and table cloths.  These items shall be used by the Nuisance Abatement Division to inform, relate progress,educate and report information to our constituents on the State of Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 343.011 four public nuisances as adopted by Hidalgo County.

All promotional items and supplies acquired will be through the County requisition and purchase order procedures with proper and available funding for said expenditures.
