Requesting authorization and approval to purchase promotional items under "Public Purpose" (pursuant to Texas Constitution, Art 3, Section 52) but not limited to: table cloths, banners, pens, pencils and etc items. These items will be used to inform, relate progress, educate and report important information to our constituents on aspects of numerous projects, program and events.
BACKGROUND
All acquisition of promotional items and supplies will be through the requisition and purchase order system with need for proper funding of said expenditures.
