Hidalgo County Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Mercedes is requesting authority to purchase 26 computers for the Dr. Hector P. Garcia Memorial Library. Purchase will be made from Systime, Inc. in the amount of $17,498.00 (quote attached) funded through UCP FY 2018 (UCP Yr. 31)Public Service Library Funds.
BACKGROUND
The 26 computers will be utilized at the Dr. Hector P. Garcia Memorial Library. There were three written quotes obtained by City of Mercedes, and the lowest one was Systime, Inc. See attached quotes.
