BACKGROUND
The current “Performance Statement” describes activities that will be undertaken in the Hidalgo County Colonia Self-Help Center (SHC) service area colonias of Whitewing Subdivision, Roadrunner # 2, Linda Vista Estates, Muñiz and Carlos Acres as identified in its 2016 Colonia SHC Program Proposal. The proposed amendment would grant a contract extension of no more than six (6) months beyond the four-year contract period; increase the sales purchase price of any unit built after November 28, 2019 as per current rules from $45,000.00 to $75,000.00 and decrease the number of reconstruction housing units from eleven (11) to nine (9).
