A. Requesting authority to continue storage unit rental services including approval of agreements with Danaby Rentals [subject to compliance with Form 1295] effective 01-01-20 at the new rate of $170.00/month/unit [previously $145.00] for each of the following HC Elected Offices and/or Departments:
     1. Hidalgo County District Clerk - 1 unit #81;
     2. Hidalgo County Tax Office - 2 units #s 71 & 93;
     3. Juvenile Probation Department - 4 units #s 83,84,85 & 86;

B. Approval for any/all short pays for all units for HC/District Clerk, HC/Tax Office and Juvenile Probation Dept. be processed after review and audit procedures completed by Hidalgo County Auditor including authority for Hidalgo County Treasurer to issue checks.

BACKGROUND

$25.00 increase per unit per month to be paid effective 01-01-20
