Constable Precinct No. 2 - TTBH Mental Health Officer Program (MHOP) (1285):
1. Discussion, consideration, and approval to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County, acting by and through, Constable Precinct No. 2 and Tropical Texas Behavioral Health (TTBH) for the fiscal year 2020 (Sept. 1, 2020 to Aug. 31, 2021) in relation to the Mental Health Officer Program (MHOP).
2. Authorization to pay overtime reimbursable under the Interlocal Agreement terms and conditions.
3. Authorization for County Judge, as Authorized Official, to execute the Interlocal Agreement.
4. Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by Co. Auditor, in the amount of $236,471.00 and appropriation of the same.

FY 2020 agreement period is from 9-1-2020 to 8-31-2021.

Participating law enforcement agency actual monthly expenses for the Mental Health Officer Program (MHOP) participation shall be reimbursed by TTBH with funds encumbered for this purpose.

TTBH shall reimburse the county one hundred percent (100%) of the salaries, allowances, and fringe benefits approved by TTBH for each officer assigned to the Mental Health Officer Program (MHOP).

Reimbursements for any other operating expenses will require prior approval by TTBH.  All requests for reimbursement will be subject to the submssion of documentation, such as timesheets, indicating that expenses have been made.
