BACKGROUND
This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) will cover salaries, fringes, and operating expenses for the Drug Court & Alternative Incarceration Program for FY 2021 (Sept. 1, 2020-August 31, 2021). Term of ICA is from Sept. 1, 2020- August 31, 2021. Funding is currently being provided for the remainder of calendar year 2020 (4 months).
