The Urban County Program is requesting approval to reject bids received for the Sullivan Public Facilities & Improvements Project (Library) Bid No. 5018/19-77-0300-5000-7700-UCP-GVG.

BACKGROUND

On August 12, 2020 bid opening was held at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department for the UCP Sullivan Public Facilities & Improvements Project (Library).  The lowest responsible bid received has withdrawn their bid and the second lowest is over budget and therefore not acceptable.  Modifications to plans & specs will be done and project will be re-bid.
