A. Pursuant to Tx.L.G.C. 263.151 (1), authority to declare as "Salvage" the property located at 1711 N. Bridge Avenue, Weslaco, Texas (known as the HC Juvenile Youth Village) as the current state of the structures/buildings pose a hazard to staff and visitors and renovations are cost-prohibitive;
B. Pursuant to Tx.L.G.C. 263.152 approve the destruction of the structures/buildings and proceed with awarded demolition [CC 09-29-20 Camacho Demolition] of the structures/buildings located at 1711 No. Bridge Avenue, Weslaco, Tx; C. Pursuant to Tx.L.G.C. 263.151 (2) & 152 (a)(3)(A)(B) action to declare surplus/salvage plaque [(as indicated in engineer drawings); and, donated it to the City of Weslaco Museum.
