A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4) a professional service;  

B. Presentation of scoring grid for the purpose of ranking by HCCC, of firms graded through the County's Pool of pre-qualified Professional Services for On-Call Engineering Services for Repairs, Renovations, Alterations, Additions, and/or Other Related Services for County Owned Buildings in Precinct 4; and,

C. Pursuant to HCCC approval, requesting authority for the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department to negotiate a Professional Engineering Services Agreement with the number one ranked firm of _____________________________  for the provision of On-Call  Engineering Services for Repairs, Renovations, Alterations, Additions and/or Other Related Services for County Owned Buildings in Precinct 4.
