Pursuant to CC approval, requesting authority for the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department to negotiate a Construction Material & Geotechnical Testing Services Agreement commencing with the number one ranked firm of _____________________________  for the provision of On-Call  Construction Material & Geotechnical Testing Services for Projects within Precinct 4.
