Pursuant to Gov't Code, Section 614, [permitting a peace officer retiring from a government entity to purchase their assigned firearm] requesting that Hidalgo County Commissioners Court approve the value of Division Chief Roy Quintanilha's issued firearm at the Fixed Asset Value [supporting documentation attached] of $55.00.
