Authorization and approval to accept the Memorandums of Understanding between the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force and the Aransas Pass Police Department, Brooks County Sheriff's Office, Corpus Christi Police Department, , and Jim Wells Sheriff's Office.
BACKGROUND
Since April 2020, the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force has been conducting a joint-investigation with the DEA Corpus Christi Resident Office, Aransas Pass Police Department, Corpus Christi Police Department, Jim Wells County Sheriff’s Office, and Brooks County Sheriff’s Office.
The continued efforts and support by all participating agencies has been instrumental in the on-going success of this joint investigation. At the conclusion of all judicial matters and subsequent awarded properties, it is requested that the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force will share proceeds derived from the sale of these properties to all aforementioned participating law enforcement agencies.
