2. Approval of a “Sole Source Declaration” for Metro Fire Apparatus Specialties, Inc for Fire and Rescue equipment to be purchased for the City of Mercedes Fire Department in the amount of $23,630.00; subject to compliance with HB 1295. Metro Fire Apparatus Specialties, Inc, A sole vendor for fire rescue equipment. UCP Fiscal Years 32 (2019) City of Mercedes funds will be utilized.
