Pending 1295 and updated proposal from Herrcon.
Herrcon was intially awarded on 11/24/2020, AI-78375.
Herrcon submitted a revised proposal that was approved on 12/15/2020 due to expanded scope (dock and addtl' panels needed).
No CMT (Construction Materials Testing) technician was contracted thru HC. In order to avoid any delays, Herrcon is subcontracting an NDE Proctor/technician to perform the concrete cylinder test.
