Master Agreement C-20-227-06-30 (CC 06-30-20/R-AI-#75841 under CARES Act Relief Funds) to include the online scheduling software that will enable the general public to self register for the COVID 19 Vaccines at nearby locations which will facilitate the administration of the vaccines as well as ensuring the submission of data to the State of Texas Immunization Registry.
