BACKGROUND
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program (UCP) must hold a public hearing for the solicitation of comments on the proposed changes to its Citizen Participation Plan. The Plan has been amended to allow the revision of substantial amendment limits for proposed amendments to approved funded amounts.
