“Subject to compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for Professional Engineering Services with Hinojosa Engineering in the amount of $30,000.00, utilizing CDBG FY 29 (2016) and FY 33 (2020) City of Palmview Street Improvements Funds and approval of Work Authorization No. 1.

On October 13, 2020, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Hinojosa Engineering, for Professional Engineering Services.  See attached Contract Exhibits and Certificate of Liability Insurance.
