The Urban County Program requests approval of a Sub-Recipient Agreement with Creative Arts Studio, a Non-Profit Agency for Program Year 33 (2020) retroactively effective January 1, 2021 to May 31, 2021 in the amount of $25,000.  (See attached Agreement)

Creative Arts Studio creates an environment to nurture, educate and encourage creative individuals to achieve the highest level of success through their available liberal arts programs. Project expenditures will include but are not limited to the reimbursement of salaries, program supplies and related expenses for instructors who provide instruction in music, dance and theater arts to qualified low-income children in Hidalgo County.
