Requesting consideration and approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of State Health Services and Hidalgo County. The purpose is to set roles and responsibilities regarding the medications available through DSHS's Inventory Tracking Electronic Asset Management System.
BACKGROUND
Term:
MOU will commence on September 1, 2021 or on the last date of signature by the Parties to sign this MOU, whichever is later, and terminates on August 31, 2023, with the option to renew, by written agreement, in one-year increments, not exceeding a total fo five years.
