2. Approval for Hidalgo County Urban County Program Director to sign the Memorandum of Understanding.
BACKGROUND
The parties hereby agree to work cooperatively to successfully administer the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) Program in accordance with all program requirements and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations.
